Jake Law
Cinematographer and Colorist
Jake Law. On first inspection, people call me crazy.
Yeah, they're right.
I have been making short films since I was 10 years old and only had my father's camcorder to work with. That childhood hobby grew into more than just an interest and eventually blossomed into my current career. I have been fortunate to pursue my dreams on many film sets, editing bays, and far more kitchen tables.
My work has taken me across the country and helped me to be a part of dozens of commercials, music videos, narrative short films, and documentaries earning awards such as the Audience Choice Award at the LDS Film Festival, the 48-hour film festival, and an Emmy for best producing. I've had the immense opportunity of working with the U.S. Paralympic team, Disneyland, Vice, Paramount Pictures, and my brother's school office campaign.
I have had some incredible opportunities on set and in many offices.
The dream that I have for myself is real and I can only keep progressing.
